My first name has always been Josh - and always will be - but I have two surnames. For the Grk books, I use the name "Joshua Doder". My other books are published under the name "Josh Lacey". If you want to email me, write to me or talk to me, please just call me "Josh".

I was born in London and I still live there now. I've worked as a journalist. I've also written plays and films. I now write books for both adults and children. My books include Bearkeeper, God is Brazilian and the Grk series.
